What is the Data Pro Code?
The Data Pro Code is the official GDPR code of conduct for processors of personal data within the IT sector. This code of conduct was developed by the industry association NLdigital and provides clear guidelines for the professional and responsible handling of personal data.
The code was approved in 2020 by the Dutch Data Protection Authority and is monitored by an independent supervisory body. Organizations that demonstrate compliance with this code of conduct can obtain the Data Pro Verified label.
