At the heart of the development was the user experience for course participants.
One of the key features is the course search engine, which allows visitors to easily filter by topic, target audience, or type of training. Course information is automatically loaded from Coachview, the system Segment uses to manage all its training programs. Thanks to this integration with the CRM/Coachview system, the course offering is always up to date – without the need for duplicate management.
We also took additional work off their hands by creating a custom PowerPoint presentation for the Civil Affairs training plan. This presentation was designed in line with Segment’s brand identity and offers a clear, ready-to-use way to present the training plan to municipalities.
